1. Proprietaire Libre
Host: Yann-Olivier Bricombert
Next events: TBC (leave your email on Proprietaire Libre to be informed)
The purpose of Propriétaire Libre’s meetups is to gather like-minded owners and property managers of vacation / short term rentals during a french “apéro” where people can easily learn and network. The idea is of Yann Bricombert, owner and journalist, author of the Propriétaire Libre blog, in Trouville-sur-Mer, Normandy, in 2015.
“I knew that I was not the only one guy running a vacation rental business, and I was convinced that other people in my region had the same questions that I had regarding how to get more bookings and save time. That’s why I created the first meetup.”
Here’s a video testimonial in French.

The first video is out already and has Adrian Brown talking about how to reconnect the dots when the business gets harder. He shares a pretty interesting definition of “work”, gives clues on how to gain more clarity on your current situation, identify the bottlenecks and do an exercise that will get you to take the necessary steps to get back on track. Make sure you go check it out now at this link though, for this “mini-sessions” series won’t be online for long.
