I want to change my channel manager but I'm worried about downtime. What should I do?

Do I need a property management system (PMS) to work with you?

Others who need advanced operation automation use a dedicated PMS that connects to RU: this way, they get access to an extensive suite of operational tools as well as advanced channel distribution.
I already have well-positioned accounts. Can I connect them?
No problem, you can sync and manage your existing listings automatically from your new Rentals United account. This won't hurt your rankings – on the contrary, chances are that your rankings will improve, given that OTAs will now consider you a tech-enabled professional.
Do I have to advertise on all your channels or can I pick and choose?
