There are so many things that we appreciate about this software - first and probably most importantly, we appreciate it's stability. In the (nearly) 2 years that we have been using RU, I cannot remember a single time that it crashed or bugged on us (not true for some of the other programs we use). Their development team is always on-top of everything! Another huge advantage is the sheer number of platforms that are available for integration through RU. While of course all the big ones are there, we really love that we have access niche platforms which give us so much more exposure on the market. The most crucial thing that RU has provided us with is our Key Account Manager. She is always willing to take the extra time we might need to explain things to us, to offer tips and suggestions. She really is our guiding force in this business. Despite the many clients she has, she has the unique ability to always make us feel as though we are number 1. We really feel as though she is a part of the team. We couldn't do it without her :]
So far we are satisfied with their services, Louis, Matthew and his team is very helpful to give me understanding about their product. This help us to make connections to several different channels at one time, so really time saving and less work. Hopefully it'll worth and working well in the future.
I started using Rentals United which saves me a lot of time. My trainer (Damaris Chalmers) was adorable and very patient, and the support team very impressive, very fast but also very precise about the issues, with screenshots very intuitive for the new user. It is still too early to judge the increase in revenue generated but I have already made reservations on sites that I had never used before.
Very helpful and kind staff/help desk. It's a very organised channel manager, especially if you have many rentals to manage.

I like the ease of using the software and the avoidance of double bookings. As a new user just transitioning into using Rentals United over the last few months, the customer service was excellent.
There is a life before and after the Rentals United! Before working with Rentals United I spent hours updating calendars and working with few platforms. Now this work is done automatically and I can do other things to improve the service. The credibility of the service, the guarantee that calendars are up to date instantly. The variety of connections to the various platforms is undoubtedly an asset in UK services. Strongly recommend them!
Over many months our account manager helped us patiently to understand and solve so many problems, sometimes day after day. VIP service all around. This is a part of why customers love and stay with companies. Like everything useful in life it takes time and patience to understand how this system works.
Great channel management software: Rentals United was already integrated with our PMS from Res Harmonics. It is very easy to connect new properties and units to Rentals United and their customer support is very good.

I have been working with Rentals United for over 6 months now and have been extremely impressed with their support and service. Working with them has made a massive difference to my business, allowing me to work with more advertising channels whilst reducing my workload.
Does everything you need it to do! It just works, makes very complicated connections fairly straight forward, with very little training my team learned how to use the software quickly. The most important element is 'trust' and we trust Rentals United with our properties’ connections. We were a very early adopter of the RU platform, some 4 years ago now, and have seen huge improvements in speed of the site, response time to issues and the general professionalism of the business. RU is at the forefront of channel connections and simply does what they say they can do. Our key account Manager has been excellent over the last year or so and has added a human touch to some complicated tech issues.
We have had a wonderful experience with Rentals United after 3 years of being with them. The software itself is user friendly, and more importantly if any issues do come up, our market manager is always available and able to assist very quickly.

Great improvement in customer service since commencement almost 2 years ago.
We've been working with Rentals United since March 2017, and they have not failed once to understand the nature and ever-changing complexities that surround the holiday letting and agency rentals business. They have a good, young, dynamic and international team who are keen to work both with you and for you to get the right result.
Our account manager Ana was excellent during the whole on boarding process and I couldn't recommend their customer support more highly as it helps when you are a newbie using a channel manager for the first time.
I love that the software is user-friendly and that they offer manuals specific for every channel connection. That guide helps immensely. Photo upload is simple, and updates are easy to make when needed. I also like that they personally email me to notify me of additional channels that may be beneficial to my business or other updates. The help desk is also quick to respond.
Excellent customer service. Very responsive and so far Rentals United has exceeded our expectations. Our account manager, Vivian, is very effective, efficient and knows her stuff!
Very helpful with reaching customers and keeping an organized schedule as renting can become very hectic and overwhelming if you have too many channels and aren't organized at all times.
The Representative in support is available for conference with just a few days notice. She is thorough and very helpful, offering up suggestions to improve my channels and get more rentals.

When I started working as an Online Operation Manager for Breakfast LLC 3 years ago. I have lesser knowledge about Channel Manager. Rentals United makes it easy to integrate all of your listings across multiple platforms at a click of a button. They provide a large amount of channels to connect with. Our channel manager Vivian, and she is AMAZING. She has helped us expand our properties onto multiple channels and is always responsive. We have weekly chats and constant e-mails. Finally a channel manager that works!! Quick. Easy. Staff are very helpful and when you click 'push to channels' it actually works! Almost instantly. Wish we'd come across Rentals United earlier. More revenue from more bookings.
My experience with Rentals United has been excellent. Their response and follow up time is very good. My account manager Ana Matos has always been incredibly professional and is very knowledgeable on all the channel management systems. I would highly recommend them and in particular Ana as an account manager.
Vivian is the best account manager we have ever had at Rentals United. She understands our questions and queries and is quick with responses. Great Customer Support: Rentals United helps us distribute our properties through different channels through our short term rental PMS. It really understands our needs and we have always felt valued as a client. I believe Rentals United is a great tool to broaden your property distribution channels. They have helped promote our listings effectively in new channels.
We had a good time with Rentals United and never had particular issues with them. Of course, sometimes little technical issues may come up, but Rentals United staff has always been available and able to solve the problem as soon as possible. Additionally, our Account Manager Mariagrazia has always been available and helpful.

Rentals United offers you the ability to connect your properties with multiple channels. The quality of these connections has always been very good, and the advices provided on which channels might interest you is ongoing as well as helpful. Although we believe that, when we started with them, the customer service and especially the response capacity to technical problems was poor, the channel manager has evolved and our Account Manager has greatly improved our experience as users.

Their task was to facilitate our growth and exposure to the wider booking platform market and quite simply they exceeded every expectation and goal we had set.
