I already have built internal reporting for my business, besides the premium version what makes this something I should sign up for?

For the premium version, how much data do you really have to make the market data relevant for my business?
Rentals United has 110,000+ properties connected worldwide. We can supply you with an overview of the data saturation in terms of property and reservation count for the markets you are active in prior to signing up. Our goal is to make sure the premium tool is a good fit for you and your business.
I am only connected to Rentals United for a portion of my distribution channels. Is there a way for me to pull into Elevate my other reservation data?
Yes. We have an additional service for a Data Warehouse solution for clients. Because we use a warehouse to feed the tool with RU reservation data we can pull in your additional non-RU data either via an API endpoint or via a manual csv upload (the 2nd is not optimal as it is a manual process but can be done).
So this covers my pickup of reservations but how far back in historical data can I look at?
You can look at all of your data using the tool since being connected to Rentals United. If you add-on the Data Warehouse solution to bring in other reservation data then you will be able to look as far back as that data goes that is sitting in the warehouse.
