The HiGuests family started when two friends from Barcelona realised the huge amount of hassle arranging all the logistics of renting properties on Airbnb. The HiGuests family works hard and are passionate about taking care of their homes as though it were their own. Their customers will not be aware of the process, and they ensure that guests enjoy the best stay possible. 

Founded in 2016, HiGuests has short term and long-term stays helping Hosts and Guests globally. They help property owners with the process of renting out their properties through different online platforms, handover the keys and everything else. 

With approximately 300 properties currently, HiGuests is a Tech-Driven Business, with their own built PMS and apps for property owners and guests. Their solution is a multi sided platform to become the Airbnb of Property Management. 

They provide values to the Hosts:

Having a channel manager coupled with their own built PMS, helps them automate the process of updating OTAs with rates and inventory.  It also allows for better access to availability and improves their ranking with the OTA's.  Cancellations are processed instantly, returning cancelled rooms to sales in a matter of minutes.

Rentals United has been a great help in driving a well-organized and rapid growth of HiGuests and is definitely an essential tool for their business.

Overall their tech stack consists of using-Power BI for data analysis, HiGuests PMS, OTA intelligence for rate shop.  They would like to use Transparent in the future for market analysis.

They discovered that Dynamic pricing in different seasonality supported to optimize bookings & revenue & rentals played an important role in rate interface.

Their Goals for the coming year are to optimize revenue, increase earnings and profit share, and expand into new geographic markets.
