How our Booking.com Channel Manager Works

  1. Upload your properties on Rentals United. Add them manually or via PMS / API Sync. Go to Services and add Booking.com
  2. Follow the Checklist with detailed instructions depending on the connection type you choose
  3. If you don't have one already, you have to signup for your own Booking.com account 
  4. TRAINING provided for Booking.com. During the 1st month of contract, you have 3 calls with an Onboarding Specialist
  5. Once synced, your rates, calendars, bookings and cancellations will update in real-time 
  6. Receive your first booking
  7. Charge the client's credit card for the down payment and/or balance. The guest's credit card details will be saved in Rentals United for 10 days only
  8. Arrange arrival directly with the guests using the Booking.com messaging platform
  9. Booking.com will invoice their commission monthly and email the guest for a review after check-out
