I want to change my channel manager but I'm worried about downtime. What should I do?

Do I need a property management system (PMS) to work with you?

Rentals United can be an add-on to your current property management software (third-party PMS or your own PMS) or come as a stand-alone – it all depends on what you need. Some property managers' priority is advanced distribution, and they can make do with the few operational features we have. Others who need advanced operation automation use a dedicated PMS that connects to RU: this way, they get access to an extensive suite of operational tools as well as advanced channel distribution.

I already have well-positioned accounts. Can I connect them?

No problem, you can sync and manage your existing listings automatically from your new Rentals United account. This won't hurt your rankings – on the contrary, chances are that your rankings will improve, given that OTAs will now consider you a tech-enabled professional.

Do I have to advertise on all your channels or can I pick and choose?

You can pick and choose the channels you wish to advertise on and will be assigned a key account manager to advise you on which channels are best for you. Then, all your calendars will be synced in real-time – no matter how many channels you advertise on – so your risk of overbookings will be minimal.
