Mostly corporate, relocation, insurance, medical, and student stays of 31 nights or more. TBA supports instant bookings and booking requests, syncs in near real time, and pays out automatically through Stripe Connect.
TBA charges a 4% commission on the rent subtotal per booking, plus 13% HST on that commission, with no subscription fee. Payouts follow the booking’s payment schedule and are sent automatically through Stripe Connect.
