FAQ
My PMS is capable of pushing and storing prices and availability. Is this enough to be a Rentals United partner?
Not really. Most of the channels need the PMS to push and store price, availability, photos, description, amenities, etc.
How long does it take to integrate Rentals United White Label Channel Manager to any PMS?
Whilst it is possible to integrate our API in as little as one month, we would recommend allocating at least three months for the project.
Is it necessary to implement your content API?
Yes. Whilst some channels accept a partial sync, the majority require content and therefore do not. Pushing content from your PMS to our channel manager helps clients set up their accounts quickly and reduce the amount of manual work required to upload their inventories.
Who pays Rentals United for its White Label Channel Manager?
The PMS pays one single invoice each month. Your clients do not receive invoices from Rentals United, or interact with us in any way.
How do we receive credit card information from reservations via API?
We can push credit card details to your PMS as long as you provide us with a certificate showing that you’re PCI compliant.

Do you offer any other integrations within Rentals United White Label Channel Manager?
No. Our white label channel management solution is specifically for channels. None of our VR Service partners are available to integrate with.
Where can I find your API?
You can find our API in our Developers Portal. Please note that our API is currently only available in XML.
