Jindabyne Accommodation Centre is the holiday arm of a Real Estate Agency known as Kosciusko First National. Located in the town of Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, Australia, it counts with the Ski Resorts of Thredbo and Perisher on its doorstep. Over 1.5 million visitors per annum visit the Snowy Mountains, mostly during the winter months, but also to enjoy the Kosciusko National Park and Lake Jindabyne during the summer period. Jindabyne Accommodation Centre was created 4 years ago starting with just 16 holiday properties. It has grown since to include additional 60 properties. General Manager Tony Anic talks about his experience adding Rentals United Channel Manager to their business. 

 “Our business is built on consumers being able to source accommodation options via the internet and make bookings directly online with real-time availability knowing their information is secure and acted upon immediately," says Tony. "Being able to get on to all those booking sites ready as we’re starting to approach a busy period has been crucial. The onboarding process is pretty stable. We still have some work to do to get all properties ready for more listing sites but all works fine.

"Prior to engaging Rentals United, we had limited exposure to online bookings, basically restricted to our website. Through Yesbookit we were able to list to 2 more sites but being able to use Rentals United has given us the ability to expose our product across a bigger range of marketing for holiday accommodation. We’ve seen a considerable increase in our occupancy rates, number of bookings, particularly through Booking.com and Airbnb. Being able to add these new sites have produced higher income. It's because our marketing exposure has increased considerably." 

Jindabyne Accommodation uses YesBookit Property Management System to run daily operations, including managing the cleaning staff and owners, storing property info and pricing, preparing accounting, reporting and more. The Rentals United - YesBookit integration enables property owners and manager using YesBookit to upload their rentals automatically and have them synced for automatic update, especially for rates, availability and new bookings.  

"We are open-minded about technology. Most of our bookings start from April to June, and our high season with full occupancy starts from June and early October."
