At Rentals United we keep on growing!

At this moment we are increasing our presence and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Partnership Manager. This role will assist directly our Vice President of Sales and will meet the goal of keeping developing and improving the relationship with our current Property Management Software (PMS) partners & other integrated service providers.

To do this, you will handle the existing partner portfolio of integrated partners, identify how best help each other to grow and build a long and powerful relationship.

The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on experience of handling an integrated partner network, hopefully with PMS´s companies in the Vacation Rental Business, knowledge of integrated technology solutions as well as be able to negotiate with key decision players at the highest level.


Among others, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for our PMS's and service providers.

  • Define partnership/market requirements, produce a qualitative and quantitative analysis of product/program performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities.

  • Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

  • Represent Rentals United in external meetings with senior executives, both internally and externally.

  • Experience enough in order to present in front of an experienced audience.

  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.

  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnership development programs.

  • Reporting directly to the VPS.


What we expect from you:

  • Between 3-5 years proven experience within the Hospitality industry – preferably in building up the relationship with SaaS & e-commerce companies.

  • Used to work in a dynamic start-up environment with a high frequency of changes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation Skills – written and verbal

  • Process driven.

  • Methodical & able to work on his own.

  • Willing to travel.

  • Well organized.

  • Able to manage different data and track KPIs for measuring and reporting purposes.

  • IT knowledge in API/XML connections.



English & Spanish (business level).

Other languages are a plus.
