Junior HR Business Partner
At Rentals United we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Junior HR Business Partner who will have a key role within our company.
Directly assisting our Head of Talent& Development, you will be in charge of the development and improvements of several areas, such as recruitment and talent attraction/ retention policies, internal development, company communication and talent engagement, administration, office management and many more!
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a generalist HR role within the Vacation Rental Industry, helping our teams to get the common goals and to build up the different HR areas and policies.
Organization skills, passion for people and proactivity are key to this role. Moreover, if you are a hands-on person and can think out of the box you have found your place!
Why you can be a great asset?
Around 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a SaaS, start-up or vacation rental company.
Substantial experience in conducting recruitment processes with international profiles, especially with sales, IT and support roles.
Solid knowledge of ATS, Excel and others CRM software.
Used to working in a dynamic environment with a high frequency of changes. You enjoy this!
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Well organized. Able to manage different data and track KPIs.
People-oriented! You love to be part of the change and help others to get their goals!
Your English language skills are native (or professional). Spanish as a second language will be more than appreciated.

Knowledge of Online Rental Vacation industry or similar.
Located in Barcelona
- Talent Attraction. Collaboration with the different steps of the recruitment and talent attraction process, being completely in charge of some of them (job advert publication, CV screening, sourcing, video and phone interviews and conducting F2F interviews).
- Assisting current managers analysing talent needs and collaborate with them during the recruitment process.
In charge of the follow-up and induction of new talents.
Development of new strategies to retent and engage our current and future talent and definition of promotion criteria.
Creation of a complete internal assessment and development program for our employees, aligned with our mission, vision and values.
Actively involved in identifying training needs and assisting our managers on their daily activity.
Tracking of the main KPIs and performance indicators within the HR area.
Assistance with the administrative staff, GDPR and health & safety policies.
In charge of some office management duties and internal communications.
Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Full-time position. Competitive basic salary + bonus.
Contract: temporary contract of 1 year + possibility to convert into a permanent one after 6 months.
