Customer Onboarding Specialist - US Market
We have a new opportunity within our Onboarding Team! We are looking for an experienced and self-driven colleague to join us mainly to work with the USA and other American markets.
This is a key role at Rentals United and as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients who signed up with our company and will accompany them during this implementation period. Among other duties, you will help our new clients to understand the platform and our API connections to our sales channel partners, and also how they can set this up within the platform. Organisational skills, efficiency and a broad knowledge of vacation rentals software and sales channels partners are key during this process.
We are looking for a customer service oriented professional who works well under pressure and prefers to follow an afternoon shift. If you are eager to learn something new every day and like to work with many clients and create a strong relationship from the start, you are in the right place!

+2 years knowledge of selling SaaS solutions, doing account/support with B2B/B2C clients and selling e-commerce solutions will always be helpful.
Used to work with CRM systems and being organized with your daily records.
You are not only a good team player, but you also enjoy being surrounded by international colleagues and love to be part of a multicultural company.
Your English language skills are native (or professional). Spanish as a second language will be more than appreciated.
What can make the difference:
- Understanding of Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, Vacation Rental Sites or Online Travel Agencies.
- Previous experience working in onboarding clients or customer support.
- Eager to learn and bring your own ideas.
- Located in Barcelona.
Since we are attending the US and other American countries, our shifts follow an afternoon shift. Generally:
- From 13.30h to 21.30h.
- Early finishing on Fridays.
- 39 hours per week.
- No weekends.
