Q1: What’s the biggest challenge vacation rental professionals are facing?

(Vanessa)
I guess the big challenge that they have is to find us. And that’s what I do.

(Mathias)
The biggest challenge our customers are facing is getting enough bookings… at the right price.

(Agustin)
How they distribute their properties in an efficient way that allows them to spend more time with their guest.

(Anette)
It’s definitely all the manual work they have to do to update their calendars in different sources.

(James)
And from a supplier side, you’ve got big companies like AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia, all looking for the best type of product.

(Fanny)
What we do is that we make their lives easier basically.

Q2: What’s the best compliment you got?

(Agustin)
The best compliment I got is “responsiveness“.

(Fanny)

Q3: Why are we called Rentals United?

(Mathias)
It’s really about being competitors and helping each other at the same time.

(James)
We believe that the more companies combine with each other the stronger the market gets.

(Anette)
Because we join people and companies together.

(Fanny)
Because we basically unite the whole industry.

Q4: What’s our secret recipe?

(Robert)
Well I can’t tell you, right? Because it won’t be a secret anymore. 🙂

(Vanessa)
Our secret recipe is a great product and great customer service.

(Fanny)
To understand our clients’ needs.

(James)
The more I look out what’s out there in terms of competition the more convinced I am that we’ve got a platform that really works.

(Anette)
We have a great platform.

We really do everything in order to help our customers.

Q5: How/Where do you picture your customer once he’s all set on Rentals United?

(Robert)
Well suddenly he has lots of time, right? Because we’re doing many things for him.

(Vanessa)
On the beach, looking out the sea, doing nothing. Relaxing.

(James)
Less stressed, happier in their office

(Mathias)
Now I can get back to work. With a little bit less stress.

(Fanny)

A good slogan for Rentals United, that’s a good one… “Lets’ Rent together

Q7: What adjectives do people use after becoming clients?

(Mathias)
Before, I see the saying something like “hell!”, “crap!”, “oh no!”, “not again!”

(Robert)
“Oh shit I have to spend so much time doing this rubbish.” Or something like that maybe. I’m not sure but OH SHIT is there definitely.

(Vanessa)
They say: “Complicated”, “Time consuming“.

(James)
I’m stressed.

(Robert)
Depressed

Suddenly confused.
